Currently we only ship within the UK and channel Islands. We would love to ship to everyone out there, once we do you’ll be the first to know.

We would love to ship to our neighbours and we are working on it, follow our newsletter to keep updated.

Your order is valued, and our aim is to have your items on their way within 3-5 business days from the time of receiving your order.

+ Weekend orders Saturday and Sunday processed on Monday

Please keep in mind that while we offer estimated delivery times as a general reference, unforeseen delays may occasionally arise that are outside our influence.

Orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.  If you have not received your orders within 10 days please contact us at hey@plantitonme.com

We would love to send your order to your work address instead of your home one. We’re unable to change delivery addresses, so please be careful when providing the correct information at check out.

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make any cancellations or changes. You can see our refund policy.

If there are any issues with your order, please let HQ know as soon as possible and within 5 days of receipt. Quote your name, order number and email hey@plantitonme.com including any photos if applicable. Once the items are returned we will issue a refund or replacement. You can see our refund policy here

We will pop over an email to confirm your order is on its way including shipping details. With our Next Working Day Delivery orders, you’ll be able to track your delivery, live. All 1st Class Royal Mail orders will have a general tracking number.
